Open Position :   Business Development Associates

Job Description:  If you have the knowledge and skills in business-to-business sales to represent one of the regions fast growing Information Technology implementation and support-consulting firms, the experience and confidence to sell to business executives and decision makers, then you will want to join our team. We have immediate openings for professionals who will introduce our services to business owners, business executives, and decision makers in seeking to improve their firms' IT operations. Specific Responsibilities: Sell and market our solutions, building a pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently achieving and/or exceeding assigned quotas and revenue objectives. Perform sales forecasting, account planning and other related sales tasks to grow assigned business profitably. Thoroughly analyze and understand current and potential customers' needs and objectives to determine successful, appropriate solutions and create compelling sales proposition capitilizing on the strengths and values needed for customer satisfaction. Source and stay abreast of competitive industry and market intelligence, providing feedback for lead generation, to support recommendations for sales positioning, and to identify developing opportunities.Immediate openings: Business Development Associates in our Cincinnati, OH office.

Required Skills:  We have immediate openings for confident, experienced professionals who will introduce and sell our services to business owners, business executives, and decision makers who are seeking to improve their firms' IT operations. Demonstrated experience working with various sized accounts; skilled at cold calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities. Expert knowledge of the Sales Cycle and Strategic Solution Selling techniques, backed by exceptional quota exceeding sales performance. Skilled at overcoming objections, negotiating and closing the sale. Able to confidently interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers, including C level executives. Experienced, familiar with, and able to articulate knowledge of various hardware/database technologies, enterprise software and technology solutions. Polished and professional in delivering presentations customized to suit various executive groups. Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity. Resilient and able to effectively handle stressful situations while multi-tasking. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to partner effectively within and outside your immediate team to a achieve desired business results.
